How media failures empower propagandists, and the solution we need
In the wake of Trump’s lie-fest to Congress, news agencies are offering fact checks. If only these were the rule, rather than the exception. Media failures have left people with no news agency they trust to bring them the truth. That helps Trump and propagandists across the world.

Hear how the media has been letting Trump and his supporters lie with impunity — about the so-called Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), protests, Ukraine, Russia and more — in recent days.
